I have an exciting announcement. It's been a long time in the making, but we are FINALLY ready to launch our Nutrition Coaching Program.
As I've mentioned in the past, nutrition is one of the most commonly recognized, yet least commonly practiced aspects of sports performance. In other words, everyone knows it's important, but few actively take steps to put themselves in a position to succeed in this regard. This is evidenced by the rapidly increasing number of young athletes in the overweight or obese categories, by the number of athletes that have unsuccessfully attempted to gain muscle and/or lose fat, and the numerous athletes that suffer mid-/late-season slumps as a result of insufficient QUALITY or quanitity of foods.
Nothing will guarantee your success more than working with a coach to specifically address your needs and help you design a plan that works for you. This is one of the reasons our semi-private training has been so successful. When an athlete has a plan to follow and someone to coach them through it, they thrive. It's that simple.

With each Nutrition Coaching Program, clients will complete an initial series of questionnaires that includes our:
Using this information, our Coaches will work with you to set realistic goals, and give you all the information and support you need to achieve them. Our Coaches will track your progress through bi-weekly pictures, body fat analysis, weight monitoring, and specific girth measurements. This information allows us to ensure that you are consistently moving toward your goals, and to infer about hormonal imbalances in your body that may be limiting your progress. The overall goal of our Nutrition Coaching Programs is to equip our clients with the knowledge, resources, and support to achieve long-term success. Level 1 Nutrition CoachingEndeavor's entry-level Nutrition Coaching Program is geared toward educating you on proper food choices, based on your performance and body composition goals. After completing the initial packet, you will meet with your Coach one-on-one to discuss the coaching process and agree on goals. From there, your Coach will lay out exactly what you need to do to successfully accomplish your goals. Every two weeks for the next 8 weeks, you will meet with your Coach for about 30 minutes to retake pictures/body weight and composition measurements, discuss your 3-Day Diet Record and overall progress, reanalyze your goals, and go through future dietary changes.
Duration: ~ 10 Weeks
Level 2 Nutrition CoachingEndeavor's Level 2 Nutrition Coaching is designed for clients who have successfully completed the Level 1 program and are looking for continued guidance and progress tracking. Because clients are already familiar with the concepts and process associated with our entry-level Nutrition Coaching, our Coaches can present more advanced nutrition and supplementation strategies. For most clients, this is the most advanced Nutrition Coaching they will ever need to be successful. As such, Level 2 Coaching can be renewed indefinitely to continually provide you with the education, support, and monitoring you need to make consistent progress toward your goals. The process is the exact same as with Level 1 Coaching. After completing the initial packet, you will meet with your Coach one-on-one to discuss the coaching process and agree on goals. From there, your Coach will lay out exactly what you need to do to successfully accomplish your goals. Every two weeks for the next 8 weeks, you will meet with your Coach for about 30 minutes to retake pictures/body weight and composition measurements, discuss your 3-Day Diet Record and overall progress, reanalyze your goals, and go through future dietary changes.
Duration: ~ 10 Weeks Level 3 Nutrition CoachingEndeavor's Level 3 Nutrition Coaching is only for those clients that have successfully completed Levels 1 and 2, and have very specific goals. This level of precision coaching is rarely necessary for most athletes and members of the general public, but can meet the special needs of elite level athletes, competitive bodybuildiers and powerfliters, and those with lofty body composition goals. The process is the exact same as with Levels 1 & 2 Coaching. After completing the initial packet, you will meet with your Coach one-on-one to discuss the coaching process and agree on goals. From there, your Coach will lay out exactly what you need to do to successfully accomplish your goals. Every two weeks for the next 8 weeks, you will meet with your Coach for about 30 minutes to retake pictures/body weight and composition measurements, discuss your 3-Day Diet Record and overall progress, reanalyze your goals, and go through future dietary changes. Following each meeting, your Coach will conduct a comprehensive calorie, macronutrient, and micronutrient analysis of your 3-Day Diet Record, and make specific recommendations on these measures for the future. Level 3 Coaching includes advanced dietary strategies such as calorie and carbohydrate cycling, and the use of essential and non-essential supplements.
Duration: ~ 10 Weeks
