Endeavor is one of the only gyms in the world that has all the resources for me to improve every aspect of my game.  The synthetic ice and skating treadmill have helped me improve my shot as well as lengthen my stride and skate at speeds I couldn’t quite push myself to on the ice.

Kevin was great about changing my training program to accommodate my individual needs.  I went through a serious tendon surgery in April that I thought would delay my training drastically.  Following surgery, Kevin set up a specific program for me that would not cause any harm to my thumb and still allowed me to get stronger and train for the upcoming season.  In previous years I would train all summer and develop back pain that made it difficult to keep up with my program.  At Endeavor I haven’t had back pain all summer because of the extensive core work and strengthening of specific surrounding muscles.  After a summer of hockey-specific lifting and conditioning at Endeavor, I feel like I am prepared to compete against professional hockey players.

Without Jared Beach and Kevin Neeld’s passion for the game of hockey, education, and coaching experience I don’t believe I would be where I am today.  I can’t stress enough how incredible Endeavor has been for me.  I would highly recommend it to any athlete striving to play at an elite-level.”

JARED BEACH - Managing Director

Jared Beach Endeavor FitnessJared Beach is co-owner and managing director of Endeavor Fitness. Beginning with a unique vision to incorporate sport-specific training into a state-of-the-art facility, Jared developed the concept of Endeavor Fitness. With more than 20 years of experience as a hockey player and coach, Jared possesses a unique perspective on the growing needs of today's athlete. He has trained extensively under some of the best hockey strength and conditioning coaches, acquiring distinctive expertise in developing hockey-specific strength. Jared boasts in-depth knowledge of sports training as former co-founder and managing director of The Edge Sports Training Center in Wilmington, DE. Under his guidance, training and mentorship, players have advanced to compete at the junior, college and professional level. With Endeavor Fitness in Sewell, NJ and Endeavor Sports Performance in Fairfield, CT, Jared is actively developing facilities to help athletes as well as the general population meet their fitness goals.

KEVIN NEELD - Director of Athletic Development & Athletic Development Coach

Kevin Neeld is the Director of Athletic Development for Endeavor Fitness. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) holding a Master's degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Neuroscience (University of Massachusetts Amherst), and a Bachelor's degree in Health Behavior Science with a concentration in Fitness Management, as well as a minor in Strength and Conditioning (University of Delaware).

After completing a successful college hockey career at the University of Delaware ('05-'06: MVP; '06-'07: Team Captain, Lifetime Achievement Award, 2nd Team All-American), Kevin served as the Assistant Coach of the University of Massachusetts Amherst Women's Ice Hockey Team and assisted with the implementation of the strength and conditioning program for the UMass Amherst Men's Ice Hockey Team. Kevin continues his work in ice hockey serving as a coach, educator, and program consultant in the sport.

An accomplished author, Kevin has had articles published at StrengthCoach.com, SBCoachesCollege.com, SportsRehabExpert.com, EliteFTS.com, T-Nation.com, BodyBuilding.com and AskMen.com. Additionally, he has served as an investigator and co-author on scholarly works published in Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise, Research Quarterly for Exercise and Sport, Perceptual and Motor Skills, and The Journal of Physical Education, Recreation, and Dance. Kevin is the author of Hockey Training University's "Off-Ice Performance Training Course", the first product on the market geared toward helping coaches of all age-levels and abilities design and implement effective off-ice training programs.

Kevin possesses the unique ability to combine his backgrounds in research, academia, and athletics to create highly effective programs for athletes and clients of all backgrounds. Specializing in ice hockey training and corrective exercise, Kevin has helped guide athletes of all ages and abilities to optimal health and performance.

P.J. DIANA - Goaltender Coach

P.J. is Endeavor’s goaltender development specialist.  He excels at developing drills on the ice and in our synthetic ice room to help our goalies master their positioning, crease movement, save selection, and rebound control. 

With over 13 years of coaching experience, including working with Tony Raffo, Glenn Tendler, countless NHL and International professional hockey players, and the Hollydell Hurricanes, P.J. uses results-driven teaching methods to ensure that Endeavor’s goalies progress as rapidly as possible from novices to standout goalies. 

On the ice, P.J. was a standout goalie locally, being chosen for the All-Star Team and named Team MVP in both of his years at Eastern High School (’90, ’91) in Voorhees, NJ.  P.J. advanced to play two years of Juniors in the Empire League (’92, ’93).  In addition to his work with Endeavor, P.J. runs his own goalie school, PJ Diana Goalie School.  

GEORGE BOZAK - Director of Goaltender Development

George is NASM and ASFA Certified Pro Trainer. George specializes in training goaltenders of all ages and abilities both on and off the ice.
