JARED BEACH - CEO & Managing Director
Jared Beach is CEO and Managing Director of Endeavor. Jared co-founded Endeavor with the motivation to provide athletes with a means to properly develop athletically through specific training with the best coaches in the industry at a state of the art facility. He actively promotes the benefits of a properly designed strength and conditioning program to aspiring athletes and coaches throughout the East Coast. As the CEO and Managing Director, Jared manages the growth, business development, and joint ventures at Endeavor while helping to maintain the unique culture that has come to represent Endeavor and all Endeavor clients. With more than 20 years of experience as a hockey player and coach, Jared possesses a unique perspective on the growing needs of today's athlete. With Endeavor Sports Performance locations in Sewell, NJ and Fairfield, CT, Jared is actively developing facilities to help athletes take their game to the next level. Jared currently lives in Sicklerville, NJ with his wife Courtney and son Brooks.
KEVIN NEELD - Director of Athletic Development & Athletic Development Coach
Kevin Neeld is the President, COO, and Director of Athletic Development at Endeavor. Since joining the team in 2007 as Endeavor’s Director of Athletic Development, Kevin has rapidly established himself as an international authority on athletic development, with a reputation for creatively applying an extensive knowledge in functional anatomy, biomechanics, neural control, and injury prevention to produce superior results for his athletes.
Kevin is sought after for his expertise in both performance enhancement and injury resistance. He has helped athletes surpass previous performance bests following a multitude of common athletic injuries, including ankle sprains, knee ligament tears, hip labral tears, chronic groin and hip flexor strains, sports hernias, low back pain, shoulder dislocations/separations, and shoulder labral tears.
After completing a successful college hockey career at the University of Delaware ('05-'06: MVP; '06-'07: Team Captain, Lifetime Achievement Award, 2nd Team All-American), Kevin served as the Assistant Coach of the University of Massachusetts Amherst Women's Ice Hockey Team and assisted with the implementation of the strength and conditioning program for the UMass Amherst Men's Ice Hockey Team. Recently, Kevin has been an invited guest to NHL and US National Team training camps to assist in the testing and training of the players. Kevin continues his work in ice hockey serving as a coach, educator, and program consultant in the sport.
An accomplished author, Kevin has had articles published in Men’s Fitness and many of the top fitness and performance sites, including AskMen.com, StrengthCoach.com, T-Nation.com, EliteFTS.com, and SportsRehabExpert.com. Kevin is the author of Ultimate Hockey Training, a comprehensive resource on long-term player development and year-round off-ice training methods.
Kevin received his Master’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Neuroscience from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware with a major in Fitness Management and a minor in Strength and Conditioning.

DAVID LASNIER - Assistant Director of Athletic Development & Athletic Development Coach
David Lasnier joined the Endeavor team from Quebec in 2010. He specializes in comprehensive athletic development and injury prevention. He has experience working with a wide range of athletes from the high school through professional levels. Over the 7 years before joining Endeavor, David gained experience as a personal trainer in a variety of gyms, a hockey coach for a high school development program, and assistant coach for the Edouard-Montpetit Lynx, a women’s college hockey team in Quebec, where he was responsible for developing and implementing the team’s off-season training program. In 2007, David interned as a strength and conditioning coach at Robert Morris University in Pennsylvania, where he worked with NCAA Division 1 athletes from different sports including football, hockey, basketball, lacrosse, soccer and softball.
David received his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the Université de Sherbrooke in Quebec, Canada. He prides himself on constantly improving his knowledge base by investing a lot of time in continuing education through reading, attending seminars, and keeping in touch with world-renowned coaches, physical therapists and other professionals in related fields.
KARL KURTZ - Athletic Development Coach
Karl joined Endeavor in 2010 after completing an internship. Karl boasts an in-depth understanding of functional anatomy and exercise technique as they contribute to sports performance and maximal strength development. He is passionate about helping youth athletes develop a solid athletic foundation upon which elite level performance can be built in the future. Karl studied Health and Exercise Science at Rowan University, with a concentration in Health and Physical Education.
MATT SINISCALCHI - Athletic Development Coach
Matt Siniscalchi joined the Endeavor team in 2010, after completing a 3-month internship. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in Health & Exercise Science from Rowan University, one of the area’s top specialization universities for Health Promotion and Fitness Management. Before coaching at Endeavor, Matt served as coach for both Gloucester Catholic High School's track and field team and varsity football team. Matt served as the Head Sprints/Hurdles Coach, where he successfully implemented training programs to help improve sprint mechanics, power, speed, and strategies for injury prevention. He was the Assistant Wide Receivers/Secondary Coach in 2009 helping Gloucester Catholic to an 8-3 season and an appearance in the Parochial B State Championship game.
As an athlete, Matt played two years of soccer at Gloucester County Community College, where they made it to the National Junior College (NJCAA) playoffs, and was a 2nd Team Tri-County Conference hurdler three years in a row. He also lettered in both football and soccer.
Matt possesses a passionate interest in human movement/biomechanics, injury prevention, and athletic performance. He utilizes the knowledge and experience gained from sports, academics, and a tireless pursuit of continuing education resources to provide his athletes/clients with highly effective programs to attain optimal health and performance.
P.J. DIANA - Goaltender Coach
P.J. is Endeavor’s goaltender development specialist. He excels at developing drills on the ice and in our synthetic ice room to help our goalies master their positioning, crease movement, save selection, and rebound control.
With over 13 years of coaching experience, including working with Tony Raffo, Glenn Tendler, countless NHL and International professional hockey players, and the Hollydell Hurricanes, P.J. uses results-driven teaching methods to ensure that Endeavor’s goalies progress as rapidly as possible from novices to standout goalies.
On the ice, P.J. was a standout goalie locally, being chosen for the All-Star Team and named Team MVP in both of his years at Eastern High School (’90, ’91) in Voorhees, NJ. P.J. advanced to play two years of Juniors in the Empire League (’92, ’93). In addition to his work with Endeavor, P.J. runs his own goalie school, PJ Diana Goalie School.
BRIAN ST. PIERRE - Nutrition Consultant
Brian St. Pierre is a Certified Sports Nutritionist (CISSN) and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). He received his degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition with a focus in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Maine, and he is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the same institution. He was the Nutrition Consultant and a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Cressey Performance in Hudson,MA for 3 years. With his passion for seeing his clients succeed, Brian is able to use his knowledge, experience, and energy to create highly effective training and nutrition programs for clients of any age and background.
