Our semi-private (small group) training is designed to create a high energy, result-driven environment, while maintaining the individualized attention that elite level athletic development requires. Every athlete trains in a group with an athlete-to-coach ratio no greater than 4-6:1. Each athlete undergoes a comprehensive assessment known as the Functional Movement Screen, which uses a series of 7 tests to identify any limitations in mobility or stability and side to side discrepancies. The Functional Movement Screen is used in every major professional sport and is backed by research supporting the relationship between limitations in the screen and future injury risk. This assessment is used to design a customized program to meet their individual needs and maximize their rate of progress.

Through semi-private training, athletes can expect to:
- Improve their range of motion
- Improve their linear, lateral, and transitional speed
- Improve fully body power in sport-specific patterns
- Improve functional strength
- Improve core strength and endurance in linear, rotational, and diagonal patterns
- Improve sport-specific conditioning and work capacity
- Drastically reduce their risk of common sports injuries (e.g. ACL tears, groin and hip flexor strains, ankle sprains, shoulder dislocations/separations, etc.)
- Compete with more confidence
- Ultimately improve their performance!

A typical training session lasts about 75-90 minutes and consists of:
- 5-10 minutes of self-myofascial release
- 5-10 minutes of static stretching
- 10-15 minute dynamic warm-up
- 10-15 minutes of speed training
- 10-15 minutes of power training
- 30-45 minutes of resistance training and core training
- 10-20 minutes of conditioning

Scheduling
An athletes training program will determine the number of times he/she trains per week. We offer 2x/week and 3x/week programs during the Fall, Winter, and Spring, and 2x/week and 4x/week programs in the Summer. Ideally, athletes would train in a group of athletes that compete in the same sport at a similar level, and training sessions would be at the same set times every week. With that said, we understand how difficult it is to balance school, sports, training, work (in some cases) and having a social life. Because every semi-private client is given their own individualized training program, it's possible for athletes to transfer their training time to another semi-private slot without compromising the quality of training they receive. In these situations, we simply need 24 hours advance notice and to verify that there is a semi-private group that isn't full at the time you're available. This allows us to be flexible in our scheduling to better accommodate the varying scheduling needs of our athletes.
Investment Costs
Prices are for seasonal training packages (~12 weeks). Pro-rated packages are available for athletes joining a program already in session. Monthly payment plans are available for your convenience.
