Our athletic development training program is designed to create a high energy, result-driven training environment for sports teams. Team members benefit from the overall improved mental toughness and camaraderie that training together builds. Every athlete trains in a group with an athlete-to-coach ratio no greater than 8-10:1 to ensure that each athlete makes optimal progress and develops proper training habits.

Through our Athletic Development Program, athletes can expect to:
- Improve their range of motion
- Improve their linear, lateral, and transitional speed
- Improve fully body power in sport-specific patterns
- Improve functional strength
- Improve core strength and endurance in linear, rotational, and diagonal patterns
- Improve sport-specific conditioning and work capacity
- Drastically reduce the risk of common sports injuries (e.g. ACL tears, groin and hip flexor strains, ankle sprains, shoulder dislocations/separations, etc.)
- Compete with more confidence
- Ultimately improve their performance!

A typical training session lasts about 75-90 minutes and consists of:
- 5-10 minutes of self-myofascial release
- 5-10 minutes static stretching
- 10-15 minutes dynamic warm-up
- 10-15 minutes of speed training
- 10-15 minutes of power training
- 30-45 minutes of resistance and core training
- 10-20 minutes of conditioning

Scheduling
An athlete's training program will determine the number of times he/she trains per week. We offer 2x/week and 3x/week programs during the Fall, Winter, and Spring, and 2x/week and 4x/week programs in the Summer. Ideally, athletes would train in a group of athletes that compete in the same sport at a similar level, and training sessions would be at the same set times every week. With that said, we understand how difficult it is to balance school, sports, training, work (in some cases) and having a social life. Because we run multiple athletic development programs each night, it's possible for athletes to transfer their training time to another slot without compromising the quality of training they receive. In these situations, we simply need 24 hours advance notice and to verify that there is an athletic development group that isn't full at the time you're available. This allows us to be flexible in our scheduling to better accommodate the varying scheduling needs of our athletes.
Investment Costs
Prices are for seasonal training packages (~12 weeks), Pro-rated packages are available for athletes joining a program already in session and monthly payment plans are available for your convenience.
