Our personal training is designed to create a high energy, result-driven environment for our athletes and clients to achieve the body composition, health, and performance goals they've set for themselves. Personal training is a great opportunity for athletes to get more individualized attention, and for people that aren't competitive athletes, but still want to look and feel like one. Personal training clients train in an environment with an athlete to coach ratio from 1-3:1. Each client undergoes a comprehensive assessment known as the Functional Movement Screen, which uses a series of 7 tests to identify any limitations in mobility or stability and side to side discrepancies. The Functional Movement Screen is used in every major professional sport and is backed by research supporting the relationship between limitations in the screen and future injury risk. Personal training clients also receive bi-weekly body fat analysis to identify specific areas of fat storage, which can be used to guide both training program design and nutrition recommendations. These assessments are used to design a customized program to meet their individual needs and maximize their rate of progress.

A typical training session lasts about 60-75 minutes and consists of:
- 5-10 minutes of self-myofascial release
- 5 minutes of static stretching
- 10 minutes of dynamic warm-up
- 30 minutes of resistance training and core training
- 10-20 minutes of conditioning

Scheduling
Personal training packages will determine the number of times you train per week. We currently offer training opportunities from 1-4x/week with 12-week minimum commitments. Personal training sessions can be scheduled at the following times based on the availability of the client:
Monday-Friday: 6am-3pm*
Saturday-Sunday: 8am-6pm*
*Evening sessions are available in special circumstances.

Investment Costs
Prices are for 12-week training packages. Pro-rated packages are available for clients with unique travel schedules that do not permit them to commit to an entire 12-week period. Monthly payment plans are available for your convenience.
