“The Hockey Training lead by Kevin Neeld at Endeavor Fitness has helped me reach goals throughout the summer that were beyond my expectations. Since Day 1 I have left the facility feeling stronger and more confident. The attention to detail and the workouts have made me stronger mentally and physically. After 3 months of training I can already feel drastic improvements in my quickness and speed on the ice. I have never felt results like this in 5 years of training!

Endeavor is one of the only gyms in the world that has all the resources for me to improve every aspect of my game.  The synthetic ice and skating treadmill have helped me improve my shot as well as lengthen my stride and skate at speeds I couldn’t quite push myself to on the ice.

Kevin was great about changing my training program to accommodate my individual needs.  I went through a serious tendon surgery in April that I thought would delay my training drastically.  Following surgery, Kevin set up a specific program for me that would not cause any harm to my thumb and still allowed me to get stronger and train for the upcoming season.  In previous years I would train all summer and develop back pain that made it difficult to keep up with my program.  At Endeavor I haven’t had back pain all summer because of the extensive core work and strengthening of specific surrounding muscles.  After a summer of hockey-specific lifting and conditioning at Endeavor, I feel like I am prepared to compete against professional hockey players.

Without Jared Beach and Kevin Neeld’s passion for the game of hockey, education, and coaching experience I don’t believe I would be where I am today.  I can’t stress enough how incredible Endeavor has been for me.  I would highly recommend it to any athlete striving to play at an elite-level.”

Eric Tangradi, Pittsburgh Penguins (NHL)

“Endeavor Fitness is a top of the line facility and an incredible training environment. As a current Endeavor client, I look forward to training everyday alongside other elite athletes and under awesome coaches.  Whether you're looking to train for an upcoming sports season or just shred some pounds, Endeavor is the place you want to be!”

Kyle Smith, University of New Hampshire (NCAA D1)

“I was extremely lucky to be able to train at Endeavor Fitness this summer.  Endeavor was recommended to me by a friend and it was everything that I was looking for.  I knew that I needed to get stronger and faster and without a doubt Kevin Neeld has done that for me.  I had a posterior shoulder dislocation several years ago, which is a pretty rare injury.  The surgery has significantly limited my range of motion and strength on that side.  Kevin was able to pinpoint my limitations and help modify my training program, which is something most trainers can’t do.  My shoulders are now stronger than ever.  I also lost over 5 lbs of fat, while still putting on some muscle mass.   Being able to train with professional hockey players every day really drove me to work as hard as possible.  With Kevin designing some amazing training programs I have developed the strength and speed I need to perform well in my first professional season.”

Mike Gershon, Port Huron IceHawks (IHL)

"Endeavor has the best facility, programs, and coaches around. If you play hockey and aren't training there you're crazy."

James Van Riemsdyk, Philadelphia Flyers (NHL)

PREMIER HOCKEY DEVELOPMENT (PHD)

PHD is the sport-specific training protocol offered at Endeavor Fitness. Each PHD training program utilizes distinct training principles developed exclusively for aspiring athletes. Our sports-specific programs encompass all aspects of training, including: strength, endurance, power, agility, flexibility, speed, core strength, and mental toughness. We train aspiring athletes to reach their individual peak performance level.

MKT Elite Program

Want to take your game to the next level? Train for results, train to be a champion. The MKT program is the most intense summer hockey training available anywhere. 0ur philosophy centers around the concept of Conventional training meeting Unconventional training to prepare the body for the rigors and battles of hockey. Each week our athletes train using these techniques to maximize development and stimulate the muscles and mind in a whole new way. Using sport-specific training techniques, along with proven Martial Arts and Underground Training techniques, we help our athletes fulfill their potential. We place as much emphasis on the mental strength training as we do on the physical strength training. This combination is vital for our athletes to establish the "champion mentality."

Sessions run 10 weeks, four times a week for 180 minutes.

Need for Speed Program

Wanna get fast? Speed is the fundamental aspect that separates elite athletes from average athletes. We combine the latest in speed training techniques to ensure you will be faster and more agile than your competition. Optimum Performance Program

This program is designed to develop an athlete's strength and power along with their speed, agility and quickness. The Optimum Performance Program combines the best of both worlds taking speed and agility training and pairing it with strength training to create the ultimate program for any athlete. The Program includes 2 training sessions per week. Each session runs 90 minutes and includes a dynamic warm-up and stretch.

Program runs 6 weeks, 2 times per week for 90 minutes.

"In the Crease" Goaltending Program

With pucks flying at upwards of 100 mph and players moving at speeds in excess of 20 mph, ice hockey is the fastest sport on earth. Goaltenders are the last line of defense and must possess a very specific skill set if they wish to succeed. We have developed a training program designed explicitly for ice hockey goaltenders. For years, goalies have been encouraged to train with forwards and defensemen as "hockey players" when in fact their unique position requires completely different training techniques. Flexibility, balance, body control, explosiveness, and mental toughness are the keys to improving goaltending and the cornerstones to our program.  In addition to world class goalie-specific training, you’ll also be able to refine your skills with individualized coaching on our synthetic ice surface with Endeavor's Goalie Coach P.J. Diana.

Programs run 6 weeks, and include 1-4 90 minute training sessions per week depending on your individual needs and goals.  Each training session will include 45 minutes on the synthetic ice surface and 45 minutes in the weight room.

"The Blade" Skating Treadmill

An Endeavor Fitness exclusive, the Blade hockey skating treadmill is ideal for all levels of skaters, from beginners learning fundamentals to professionals seeking stride efficiency and endurance development. The Blade Enhances "Real Ice" Training Capabilities. It allows users to train wearing their own skates at variable speeds in a reliable, controlled and safe environment. The Blade enables skaters to work on the three primary components to faster, more efficient skating: Stride length, Stride power, and Stride frequency. The key to Blade training is the controlled atmosphere. Coaches and trainers can easily communicate with skaters, providing constant instruction, evaluation and feedback to get results.
